- Professional hosting and email services (only available to clients for whom we’ve created a website, including blogs, showcases, and layout-based sites).

- MSc/PhD thesis tutoring and support
- Online consulting and training
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in Euros.
💡 Prices are VAT-exempt under the Belgian small business scheme. No VAT will be charged, including for eligible EU cross-border purchases.
Accepted payment methods:
✅ Credit / Debit Card
✅ Bancontact (for Belgian customers)
✅ Google Pay / Apple Pay
🔄 Optional: Direct Bank Transfer (only for manual orders or returning customers)
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment via bank transfer.
3. Service Delivery
All services are delivered online via email, client dashboard, or digital tools.
Timing and methods are agreed upon based on the specific service.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- No refunds for services already delivered
- Partial refund possible for unstarted projects
- Requests must be made within 7 working days from purchase
5. User Obligations
The user agrees to provide accurate information, not misuse the site, and comply with contractual terms.
6. Liability Limitations
The website is not liable for:
- Technical downtime
- Delays caused by third-party technical providers (including hosting and transaction services)
- Loss of user data
7. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright. Custom work may be reused by the client under agreed terms.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Belgian law.
